Officer Ed Larente met with a resident at the Milton Police Department regarding questions about a trespassing person. Larente informed them of their options.

02/01, 6:27 p.m., Motor vehicle complaint, U.S. Route 7
Sgt. Paul Locke responded to a complaint of an erratic vehicle. The operator and vehicle were gone when he arrived.

02/01, 11:18 p.m., Traffic stop, U.S. Route 7/ Centre Rd.
Sgt. Locke stopped a vehicle for defective equipment.

02/02, 12:46 a.m., Suspicious, Smith Rd.
Cpl. Gordon LaFountain responded to a report of gunshots in the area. LaFountain witnessed fireworks in the area prior to the call, and did not locate anything upon arrival.

02/02, 6:40 a.m., Disturbance, Boysenberry Dr.
Officer Richard Corbin responded to a residence to aid a citizen who trying to retrieve items after being locked out. Corbin informed the person a restraining order would be required prior to police action.

02/02, 6:48 a.m., Stolen vehicle, East Rd.
Officer Matthew McQueen responded to a report of a stolen vehicle; however, the complainant later found the vehicle had been repossessed.

02/02, 11:50 a.m., Bad check, Chrisemily Ln.
Detective Frank Scalise is currently investigating a report of a bad check.

02/02, 11:04 p.m., Suspicious, Morse Pl.
Officer Charles Brown responded to a report of possible gunshots or fireworks in the area. He found no criminal action was taken.

02/03, 12:23 a.m., Traffic stop, U.S. Route 7/Catamount Dr.
Sgt. Locke stopped a vehicle because the license plate was not visible.

02/03, 8:23 p.m., Suspicious, Russell Cir.
Cpl. Chris Grenier responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. He checked the area but did not locate the vehicle.

02/03, 9:50 p.m., Drugs, River St./Main St.
Officer Nick Hendry issued a driver two tickets for operation under suspension and possession of marijuana after speaking with the person in a parking lot.

02/04, 12:33 a.m., Traffic hazard, Lake Rd./U.S. Route 7
Cpl. Grenier provided a resident a courtesy ride to their home.

02/04, 9:08 a.m., Warrant arrest, U.S. Route 7
Officer Jareco Coulombe arrested a male on an active warrant. The male was transported to corrections.

02/04, 12:50 p.m., Unlawful restraint, Shirley Ave.
Officer Coulombe spoke with a citizen who had concerns about a possible inappropriate relationship. Coulombe determined no criminal action had occurred.

02/05, 1:57 a.m., Suspicious, Tennis Ct.
Officer Hendry spoke with a male located in a parking lot. He found no criminal action.

02/05, 1:54 p.m., Warrant arrest, U.S. Route 7/Merrill Ln.
Officer Coulombe arrested a male wanted on two active warrants. The male was transported to corrections.

02/05, 4:26 p.m., Phone problem, Pinewood Ln.
Cpl. Grenier spoke with a male who was concerned about threatening text messages and advised him on how to apply for an order against stalking. No charges were filed. 

02/06, 11:17 a.m., Suspicious, U.S. Route 7 S.
Detective Scalise spoke with a male who had been receiving phone calls from another male claiming to be a member of the Milton Police Department.. Scalise determined these were fraudulent calls.

02/06, 2:12 p.m., Bad check, U.S. Route 7 S.
Detective Scalise is currently investigating a report of a bad check.

02/06, 5:45 p.m., Property damage, Middle Rd.
Officer McQueen responded to a report of a vehicle that lost a tire and went off the roadway. No criminal action was found at the time.

02/07, 9:37 a.m., Juvenile problem, Hobbs Rd.
Sgt. Locke assisted with an out of control juvenile.

02/07, 10:04 a.m., Property damage, East Rd.
Sgt. Locke responded to a one-vehicle crash. No injuries occurred, but the vehicle was towed from the scene.

02/07, 1:22 p.m., ATV/Snowmobile complaint, Taylor St.
Officer McQueen responded to a report of people riding ATVs in the roadway. He located and spoke with the operator and notified him of the complaint.
