Artists interested in showing at the Island Arts Gallery, located in the Community Bank NA, a historic building in the heart of South Hero, must submit an artist statement and or biography, the medium employed in their works and 2-5 high quality digital images of their work to the Island Arts South Hero Gallery Committee by or before Nov. 1. All mediums are welcome.
If accepted each artist or artist group will be assigned a month for exhibition in 2022. Each artist is responsible for transportation of all artwork to and from the Gallery.
Please email your interest to: maryjomccarthy@gmail.com on or before Nov. 1, 2021. If you do not have internet access, we ask that you please contact the gallery committee and make arrangements to present your work, calling Mary Jo McCarthy (802) 372-6047 or Susan Davis (802) 378-5282.Â
The Gallery Committee will jury review your work and make the selections for 2020 openings in the gallery schedule. Applicants will be notified by phone, mail or email, so please give all your current contact information. Â
