While not a complete list, these are three of the most-expensive Milton homes that sold in March 2021.

3. Sanderson Road

A 3-bedroom, 1-bath home closed on March 10 for $350,000. Settled away from Sanderson Road on a 2.5-acre lot, this home has a wrap-around deck and plenty of yard space. A recently-remodeled kitchen with a center island and a spacious living room with a wood-burning fireplace make this home great for entertaining. 370 Sanderson Rd sold for $350,000 on March 10. 

2.  Lake Road

A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home closed on March 5 for $373,000. A well-maintained colonial home with recent upgrades, this home on Lake Road includes a large deck perfect for summer barbecues. The master bedroom boasts an adjoining bathroom with luxury tub and the lower level has a spacious game room for family fun. The house was listed on Oct. 22, 2020 for $399,000. 251 Lake Rd sold for $373,500 on March 5. 

1.  North Gardens Lane

A 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home closed on March for $380,000. This home is one of a few new constructions on North Gardens Lane. It features an open floor plan, a spacious kitchen with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances and a master bedroom suite. A covered front porch and backyard patio provide plenty of options for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The house was listed on Dec. 11, 2020 for $383,000, slightly more than it sold for.
