A split-level home with wonderful wood detailing, 57 Kingswood Dr sold for $272,900 on Feb. 12. The home had been on the market for exactly one month. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom and a bonus family room on the lower level.

On Feb. 5, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home sold for $302,500. The living room has a large picture window and cozy wood-burning fireplace. Outside, a store shed stores tools and gear. This home was on the market since Dec. 3 and sold above its asking price of $290,000.
