Sold for $249,900 on Jan. 15, this four-bedroom ranch was on the market since early November. It has two three-quarter bathrooms, 0.46 acres, and 1,440 square feet of finished space. Built in 1969, the house has a two-car garage, deck, and full shed.

2. 117 Woodcrest Circle

Sold for $300,000 on Jan. 29, this two-bedroom raised ranch was on the market for about a month and a half. It has two full bathrooms, 0.45 acres, and 1,278 square feet of finished space. Built in 1974, the house has a four-car garage and a deck.

1. 31 Cherry Street

Sold for $355,000 on Jan. 8, this six-bedroom farmhouse was on the market for just about two months. It has a full bathroom and a three-quarter bathroom. It sits on 0.93 acres and has 3,051 square feet of finished space. Built in 1873, the house has a barn and covered, screened-in porch.
