ST. ALBANS ­— Considered the underdog, the Milton youth hockey 10U Warriors team has been working their way up the ranks in the tier three division after a mid-season transfer from tier four.

On Saturday, Mar. 3 their hard work was paid in full when they played in the State Amateur Hockey Association tier three championship game against Harwood. The game was held at Collins-Perley Sports Complex in St. Albans with a strong turnout from the Milton Community. The Warriors won the game 2-1 in double overtime. The team now moves on to represent Vermont in the 2018 New England District Regionals held in Manchester, N.H. on March 16 through 18.

The team is lead by head coach, John Devlin and the roster is made up of Ryan Philbrook, Leonardo Languasco, Brody Rock, Noah Keeler, Camden Rogers, Jack Devlin, Austin Larocque, Brayden Welch, Harrison Fields, Reese Payea, Logan Grimes, Anthony Gaudio and Arianna Begnoche.
