MILTON – Kathy May Moquin, 72, died peacefully on Jan. 27, 2018 at the McClure Miller VNA Respite House in Colchester, with her loving family by her side.
Kathy was born Sept. 14, 1945, in Newburyport, Mass., the daughter of Carl and Jean (Parsons) Ransom.
In 1963, she graduated from Bellows Falls High School. She was self-employed with Aglow cleaning for many years. She most recently worked as an administrative assistant for Cornerstone Church in which she was an active member.
Kathy enjoyed spending lots of time with her children, going to her grandchildren’s sporting events and eating out with her siblings and special times with her closest friends and prayer groups.
She was very active in numerous prayer ministries, president of Aglow International but closest to heart was her founded ministry Kathy’s Coat Ministry.
Kathy’s mission was to keep everyone warm, and her blessing to this world was to spread love to anyone that needed it through her heartwarming smile.
Kathy was married to Harold Moquin Jr. for 44 years. Harold predeceased her in 2011.
She is survived by her children Tammy Weston, Stacey Hamblett and her husband, Robert; and Shawn Moquin and his fiancé, Dawn; by her grandchildren Katrina and fiancé, Justin Hawkins; Jensen, Tate, Tanner and Sabrina; by her siblings Mike and wife, Pam; Maureen, Karen (Buffy) Hart, Kevin and his wife, Deb, (her dear friend); and Kim Ransom and wife, Franny.
Visiting hours were held January 30 from 4-7 p.m. at Minor Funeral Home in Milton.

A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 31 at noon at Cornerstone Community Church, 26 Bombardier Rd in Milton.
