TOWN OF MILTON’S COMBINED NOTICE OF TAX SALE
The resident and non-resident owners, lienholders, mortgagees and all persons interested in the purchase of land in the Town of Milton, County of Chittenden and State of Vermont, are hereby notified
that the taxes and/or utilities assessed by such Town for the 2020-2021 and prior fiscal years remain,
either in whole or in part, unpaid on the following described lands and/or premises situated in the Town
of Milton:
Property No. 1:
Property commonly known and numbered as 420 Route 7 South, together with buildings thereon,
owned by Bayview Loan Servicing, LLC, by virtue of Confirmation Order in a foreclosure action, said
Order being dated August 17, 2017, and recorded in Volume 481 at Pages 709-711 of the Town of Milton
Land Records.
Property No. 2:
Property commonly known and numbered as 135 Pecor Avenue, being a year 1977 manufactured home
/ mobile home, serial number 00375, 14’ x 70’ in size, located in the Milton Mobile Home Park, owned
by Michael Flood and Melissa Bouffard, conveyed to them by Vermont Mobile Home Uniform Bill of
Sale of Harold Mayo, dated February 19, 2015, and recorded in Volume 453 at Pages 109-110 of the
Town of Milton Land Records.

Property No. 5:
Property commonly known and numbered as 39 Hunting Ridge Lane, together with buildings thereon,
owned by Stone Castle Properties, LLC, conveyed to it by Warranty Deed of Leon Moszkowicz and Dolores Eckert, dated June 21, 2019, and recorded in Volume 495 at Pages 486-487 of the Town of Milton
Land Records.

Intentionally Left Blank.
Property No. 7:
Property known and numbered as 893 East Road, together with buildings thereon, owned by Bernard S.
Winer, conveyed to him by Warranty Deed of Mark Winer, dated September 26, 2013, and recorded in
Volume 441 at Pages 415-416 of the Town of Milton Land Records.
Said lands and/or premises will be sold at a public auction at the Town Office, 43 Bombardier Road, Milton, Vermont, on Tuesday the 14th day of December 2021, at One o’clock in the afternoon (1:00 p.m.), to
discharge such taxes and/or utilities with costs, unless the same are previously paid. Information regarding the amount of taxes and/or utilities due may be obtained at the offices of Robert E. Fletcher, Esq.,
