Proposal
Franklin West Supervisory Union is seeking transportation bids for Fletcher Town School District. While we would prefer a three year contract, we realize that flexibility in that regard may be beneficial to both parties. The contract period would run 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2026 for a three year contract, 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2025 for a two year contract, or 7/1/2023 through 6/30/2024 for a one year contract. We anticipate running buses for 178 student days next year. The current system of the schools along with bid procedures and proposal guidelines are available at www.fwsu.org.
Pricing for a three year contract is preferred, but proposals for any length will be seriously considered. All bids must be delivered to, or received by Randall Morton, FWSU Business Manager, at 4497 Highbridge Road, Fairfax, VT 05454 before 12:00 PM on June 19, 2023.
