A screening of a film that presents a history of the Abenaki community in Vermont, spanning the years 1790-2005, based on the Missisquoi community in northwest Vermont. The story is told using material culture, maps, archival photographs, and Abenaki actors and "lays to rest the long-held myth that Vermont's Indians disappeared in the late 18th century." No admission charge, though donations are always appreciated. All donations will benefit Aln├┤baiwi, who are working toward Indigenous Cultural revitalization.
