Officer Richard Corbin stopped a vehicle and issued a warning for defective equipment.

Cpl. Christopher Grenier checked a residence following a request from the Vermont Department of Children and Families. No violations were found.

Officer Hendry responded to a complaint of a motor vehicle going through a crosswalk while a pedestrian was in the crosswalk. Officer Hendry never received contact back from the complainant.

Sgt. Stephen Laroche received a report of a dog running around unsupervised. He was unable to locate the dog upon arrival.

Officer Hendry responded to a phone harassment complaint. No criminal action was found.

Officer Hendry arrested a woman for domestic assault after investigating a family fight complaint. The woman was flash cited to appear in court.

Cpl. Philbrook assisted in maintaining safety while numerous students crossed Route 7.

Officer Edouard Larente spoke with a local business that requested a male be trespassed from the store. Officer Larente requested the agency where the male resides serve a notice of trespass.

Cpl. Gordon LaFountain responded to a domestic disturbance complaint. Officer Matthew McQueen assisted, and both officers spoke with the parties involved. No criminal action was found.

Officer Larente spoke with a citizen who believed a neighbor damaged their property. He documented the complaint.

Officer Larente documented finding needles on a citizen’s property at their request.

Officer Larente responded properly disposed of a located needle.

Officer William Bosworth documented a citizen’s report regarding their cat suffering a broken leg. BB fragments were found in the injury.

Officer Bosworth documented the possible theft of a citizen’s bankcard that was fraudulently used out of state.

Officer Larente stopped a vehicle for not displaying an inspection sticker. He issued a warning to the operator.

Officer Larente responded to a complaint of a male operating a vehicle without a license. The vehicle was located, but the male’s information, which was provided by the complainant, was not located.

2/26, 12:15 p.m., Larceny from motor vehicle, Railroad St.
Officer Larente met with a citizen who reported the theft of their vehicle license plates. He filed a report and entered the license plates into the National Crime Information Center.

Officer McQueen responded to an activated fire alarm. No further assistance was needed.

Officer Hendry responded to a report of trees blocking the roadway. Upon arrival, no trees were found to be in the roadway.

Officer Kendra Raymond responded to report of a dog at large inside an apartment building. The dog was located and returned to its residence.

Officer Hendry responded to an illegal dumping complaint. The suspect was located and trespassed from the property.

Officer Jason Porter responded to a suspicious vehicle complaint, but did not locate the vehicle during an initial search. He later located the operator and found nothing suspicious.

Officer Porter assisted in properly disposing needles found in a parking lot.

Officer Jareco Coulombe assisted a motorist who said they had been followed. No criminal action was found.

Officer Raymond responded to a report of a person who was allegedly intoxicated and possibly going to drive. She spoke with the person and observed no signs of impairment.
