Milton man nets third DUI

Tyler Lamarche (VSP)

A Milton man netted his third DUI on Monday in St. Albans, a Vermont State Police press release said.

Tyler Lamarche, 31, was arrested for driving under the influence of drugs after police were alerted to a vehicle operating erratically on Interstate 89 around 6 p.m. February 28.

Troopers located Lamarche’s GMC Sierra as it took Exit 19 and traveled east on Interstate Access Road, where they then pulled him over for moving violations.

Investigation revealed Lamarche was under the influence of drugs, the press release said, and police cited and transported him to the St. Albans barracks.

Lamarche was lodged at Northwest State Correctional Facility for lack of $5,000 bail and was scheduled to appear in court Tuesday morning.
